Payment Options

Credit Card Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards for payment.  Paypal is our online payment provider who will process your credit card payment securely and pass the payment on to us.  They do not pass any of your credit card details on to us or anyone else. You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay for your order, as Paypal always offer the option to pay as a guest for those customers who do not have an account.

You can pay in your choice of New Zealand Dollars, Australian Dollars or British Pounds via Paypal.  Please select your chosen currency before adding any items to your shopping cart.

Your payment is usually approved immediately and your order can be dispatched on the next business day.  Please check your email inbox after ordering.  You should receive 2 emails - an order summary and a receipt.  If you do not receive both then your credit card payment has not completed correctly.  We supply an email link back to the shopping cart payment page at the bottom of your Order Summary email if you need to return & complete payment for your order.

We will contact you by email to let you know if we receive an order without a completed payment.

Telephone Orders

We can accept Visa & Mastercard credit card payments by phone if you prefer not to use your credit card online, however it is quicker and more accurate if you complete online checkout first to provide us with a hard copy of the order details, then call us with your credit card information. 

When you get to checkout choose the Pay by Credit Card option, include "Calling" in the Additional Comments box & click on "submit order", then either telephone us on +64-7-5440726 during business hours (remember to take any time difference into account!) or print out a copy of your Order Summary email & fax to us at +64-7-5440771 with the following information on the bottom:  Card Type (Visa or Mastercard), Name on Card, Card Number, Expiry Date & Security ID (last 3 numbers in signature panel). 

Please ensure you have included your email address, credit card billing address (including postcode) & home telephone number in the Customer Details section of your order so we can process your payment & contact you if required.

Note:  We do not recommend emailing us credit card details as this method is insecure, and we do not take responsibility for any interception & misuse by third parties of credit card information provided in this way.
